Peter James’s best-selling novel to premiere as a play at the Glasgow Theatre Royal

The acclaimed novelist will have one more of his renowned crime stories turned into a stage version in the next year’s spring. The play, which has been adapted by celebrated dramaturg Shaun McKenna, brings back the famous character of Detective Roy Grace, who will have to protect the witness of a vicious killing, as well as his family. The show will be directed by Olivier Award winner Ian Talbolt, whose previous  credits include The Mousetrap,Anything Goes, Priscilla Queen of the Desert or Million Dollar Quartet.

El aclamado novelista tendrá otra de sus famosas tramas criminales adaptada para el teatro en primavera del próximo año. La obra, escrita por el alabado dramaturgo Shaun McKenna, recupera al popular personaje Roy Grace, un detective que tendrá que proteger al único testigo de un horrendo asesinato, además de a su familia. El montaje estará dirigido por el ganador del Premio Olivier Ian Talbolt, cuyos créditos anteriores incluyen La Ratonera, Anything Goes, Priscilla, Reina Del Desierto o Million Dollar Quartet.

Nöel Coward’s most beloved comedy will return to the London stage in a new critically acclaimed production directed by Sir Richard Eyre. Scheduled to open next March at the Duke of York’s Theatre, the show will enjoy a short UK tour which will include Bath, Cambridge and Norwich, among other cities. The cast also includes Geoffrey Streatfeild, Lisa Dillon, Emma Naomi, Simon Coates, Lucy Robinson and Rose Wardlaw.

La comedia más querida de Nöel Coward volverá a los escenarios de Londres en una nueva producción aclamada por la crítica y dirigida por Sir Richard Eyre. Con su estreno ya confirmado para marzo en el Duke of York’s Theatre, el espectáculo disfrutará de una breve gira por Reino Unido que incluirá a Bath, Cambridge y Norwich, entre otras ciudades. El elenco también incluye a Geoffrey Streatfeild, Lisa Dillon, Emma Naomi, Simon Coates, Lucy Robinson and Rose Wardlaw.
