London’s Palace Theatre to host a special gig in support of showbusiness

The show will play for a limited run by mid-November, featuring songs from world-renowned musicals including Mamma Mia!, Everybody’s Talking About Jamie and Wicked. A part of Nimax Theatre’s socially distanced autumn season, the production will celebrate the wealth of West End talent and will ensure all safety measures to abide by the COVID-19 restriction rules.

Peter James’s best-selling novel to premiere as a play at the Glasgow Theatre Royal

The acclaimed novelist will have one more of his renowned crime stories turned into a stage version in the next year’s spring. The play, which has been adapted by celebrated dramaturg Shaun McKenna, brings back the famous character of Detective Roy Grace, who will have to protect the witness of a vicious killing, as well as his family. The show will be directed by Olivier Award winner Ian Talbolt, whose previous  credits include The Mousetrap,Anything Goes, Priscilla Queen of the Desert or Million Dollar Quartet.

El aclamado novelista tendrá otra de sus famosas tramas criminales adaptada para el teatro en primavera del próximo año. La obra, escrita por el alabado dramaturgo Shaun McKenna, recupera al popular personaje Roy Grace, un detective que tendrá que proteger al único testigo de un horrendo asesinato, además de a su familia. El montaje estará dirigido por el ganador del Premio Olivier Ian Talbolt, cuyos créditos anteriores incluyen La Ratonera, Anything Goes, Priscilla, Reina Del Desierto o Million Dollar Quartet.
